SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Orders purchased from Guldimun are shipped with PostNord. We aim to ship all orders within five business days of purchase. Normal delivery time is 2-4 weekdays.

The shipping cost is 50 SEK. At the moment we're only shipping within Sweden.

RETURNS

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be able to make a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Costs for shipping are paid by the customer in case of the return.

To start a return, contact us at mica@guldimun.se and let us know you want to make a return. Please note that all returns must be sent to the following address: Gustav garvares gata 2, 90342, Umeå

Send the item to us by post. Make sure it is well packaged. If the item is damaged or lost, we are not responsible for the loss, so make sure that all documents are filled in correctly.

We only accept returns with items that are requested. You can always contact us for any return questions at mica@guldimun.se

REFUNDS

When we have received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If we approve the return you will be refunded in 10 business days in the payment method you used.

Let us know if it passes more than 12 days since your return was approved. Please contact us at mica@guldimun.se

DAMAGES OR OTHER ISSUES

After receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us directly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can decide the issue and correct it. If you have a complaint please contact mica@guldimun.se and we will cover the return costs.
